She’s Steatoda nobilis, a Noble Cobweaver. They aren’t dangerous to people. This is an introduced species from Europe that, like Brown Widows, may be a population threat to the native Black Widows. Cobweavers are in family Theridiidae, the same family as Widows. They eat other spiders, ticks, flies, locusts, any bug they can catch. If you google the species you may find fictional horror stories parading as news in the UK press about False Widows.
