Metacyrba floridana… Based on ID provided by “Seek” app and compared to other photos of this spider.
My kids spotted it on a trailer we were working on and asked me to what it was. I didn’t think it was a spider but that was their initial guess! He was looking at us with its “claws” in the air towards us.

I’m going with Metcyrba taeniola. Yes the leg waving thing is intended to be scary. It works on some people. I use the Google Lens app for “computer vision.” It came up with M. taeniola, it is getting better at spider recognition. The main difference between iNaturalist’s Seek app and Lens is location info. Seek requires it. I don’t take photos for iNaturalist because I don’t want to leave Location switched on on my phone. I do that for another website I volunteer for, Billiongraves.com.
