The photo is quite blurry and challenging to ID. However, the location, posture, and fuzziness suggest that this is may be a jumping spider species and likely to be a Phidippus. Bold jumper seems like a reasonable guess, though there are other Phidippus species with this stocky build and duller colouring, such as P. Putnami and P. Purpurata.
