This has most of the identifying features of a brown recluse and none of the contrapositives. Unlikely to be a false recluse. Note the violin marking on the thorax, the wide stance, the half-inflated abdomen, the very plain two-tone colour scheme, and the flat head/thorax.
While recluse venom is dangerous, they tend to be very skittish and non-aggressive. Leave it alone, or carefully relocate it using a jar and paper to catch it. Make sure to wear gloves since they can move very quickly.
