Comments & ID Thoughts
It seems like a species of Cellar Spider. It was found under a long piece of wood near a non-active chicken coop. I have never seen a Cellar Spider with the markings on its back like this one!

Yes this is a Cellar Spider. The markings are most visible on adult females. Pholcus phalangiodes is a possibility. They have a circular brown mark on the head. I’ll add a link to a guide to Cellar Spiders.
https://bugguide.net/node/view/9608 I wish I could tell you which species it is. There are at least 1,595 species in family Pholcidae in continental North America. I think some new species were discovered in the family since that tally.
Thanks so much for this detailed answer. Wow, there might be even more undiscoverer species in Pholcidae
