Hi. This looks like a male giant house spider. Eratigena species.
This time of year, these guys leave their web to hunt for mates.
They are not dangerous at all, children often play with them.

Thank you so much, it was in the apartment so we are worried that it might have a web inside, where do these usually lay webs?
These usually web in darker hidden areas away from human and pet traffic. Being funnel weavers, typically below 1 meter. Here is a cool video that is a better example.
