We just killed a black widow with 5 eggs sacks, one sack was hatched. Is this a baby black widow?

No. This is an Orchard Orbweaver, Leucauge argyrobapta. https://bugguide.net/node/view/1587425 They are quite docile and harmless.
A way to tell them apart is their webs. This spider makes orb webs like the spiderweb emoji. The web pattern is used in Halloween decorations because it is easy to recognize as a spider web.
Black Widows make cobwebs which look random and dusty.
