Comments & ID Thoughts

The shape of the circular hole web nest caught my eye, I've seen the same with False Black Widows, but after seeing it a bit better today I'm not sure anymore! It's really quite large, I'd say over an inch when fully extended. It's very fast but seems to tire out quick. It's living in a wall outside. It's markings are a kind of yellowy white and it has an even, dead centre cross. Dying to know it's name!

BugmanDan

I will go with giant house spider. Cool to have around.
A friend and her younger sister keep them like pets.
