My best guess is Neoscona domiciliorum, the Spotted Orb-Weaver. It sports these same tan, black, and red leg bands and is found in your area. Here is a sharp picture of one:

Many thanks, my friend! That’s our girl! She’s rather large and is the first one with red I’ve seen thus far. My eldest adopted a golden orb last year she fed crickets to (outside and on her web) and we watched her grow up to 5 full inches! She had two husband’s and we watched her kick one away from her side Her name is Joe and she had lots of babies! I’m as equally enamored as I am terrified of these big ones. Lol. Have a blessed day!
