This was found near the Souther Tier/ NY/ Pennsylvania border. It’s HUGE!! 3 inches approx. Should I be afraid? What kind of spider is this??!!!

dark fishing spider, Dolomedes tenebrosus – no need to be afraid. The only medically significant spiders in your area are black widows.
