Hi. For the UK, I believe ‘most venomous’ is over exaggeration. All but a couple species of spiders are venomous but bites are not considered of medical significance.
These spiders are very unlikely to bite anyway unless mashed against the skin and then not likely to be worse than just another bug bite or bee/ant sting in a worst case.
I have handled a good number of false widows and simply never bitten.
Hi. A best guess is a very young Steatoda nobilis.
Maybe 3 or 4 instar, This young makes spiders hard to ID.

Wow. So just looked this up and it’s a false widow and just happens to be the most venomous which was crawling on my trouser leg. Omg
