Looks like “Agelenopsis” aka “American Grass Spider”
I checked other photos and was able to safely capture the little guy and confirm(to the best of my knowledge by comparing with photos on line) that this is Agelenopsis!. Thanks!
Probably Agelenopsis Aperta or Agelenopsis Kastoni.
