found this spider in a white web in grapes...cant tell if its alive or not..didnt really want to mess with it, i bagged it up with the couple grapes it was webbed to and not sure if i should just toss it in the trash..dont really want to kill it but dont want to release it if its invasive...can anyone id it? looks brownish with two dots on its back...very small..container says product of usa

Looks kind of like a jumping spider

Hi. Truth here is I don’t know. several spiders hang out in grape vines, a good place to hunt prey.
They harvest grapes and refrigerate which many spiders make a sleeping bag and go dormant.
Just in curiosity, I would put everything in a deli tray w/lid and keep at room temps a good while and see if the spider comes out of its nap.
It does look like a jumping spider though.
