Found a lot of these guys running along this garden statue... I think they might be daddy long legs(?) but I'm not sure. They are very skittish!!

Yes they’re one of the types of organisms called “Daddy Long Legs.” Nice gothic image! The other two types of organisms are a type of spiders (Cellar Spiders) and a type of insects (Crane Flies). I can’t see it quite clearly, yours looks like a Harvestman. Harvestmen are in class Arachnida, order Opiliones. Spiders are in order Aranae. The body segments on Opiliones are fused into one instead of the two spiders have that are connected by a tube.
