I think this is a Cross Orb Weaver. She comes out every day to maintain her web and wrap up the latest catch. In this photo she’s wrapped up a lady bug. I started seeing her in September. It is now October 16 and she’s out every day when the sun is out. Unfortunately her way is in the doorway to my barn and I often walk through it by accident. The web is at head height so when I do walk through it its kinda scary!! However, we love watching her mend her web! Her webs are nearly perfect everyday. This photo shows her underside.
