this spider was found in light fixtures of a multiple floor parking area. we haven't been able to identify it, and need its ID to make a control plan. its a severe infestation

Hi, this is an Orb-weaver, tentatively looks like Neoscona nautica. Orb-weavers are beneficial and help control the insect population.

They’re probably preying on all the flies that are attracted to the lights.
