Hi. No, not a widow. This is a male orb weaver of sort, just no clue which one.

Maybe. It’s web was very jangled and steatoda-like. Not concentric rings like an orb weaver.
However ai concede the likelihood of Latrodectus is slim.
Male orb weavers don’t spend much work making those ornate webs, especially as they mature. Also a bit unusual for Latrodectus to park with their first 2 pair of legs together.
Definitely agree with that.
