Comments & ID Thoughts
Fairly confident it's a brown recluse. I moved into this apartment a couple months ago. Had a bed bug issue, which I would've been fine doing my whole life never having dealt with, but that issue seems to be entirely dealt with (had exterminators out several times, paid for by the complex). The last month or so I've seen A LOT of spiders, mostly harmless, which I'm happy to catch and release outside. I've seen four of five of these in the last week, with this one being the largest. It's been raining a lot and quite hot, so I assumed they were being forced in from outside (deep mulch, trees, couple parks nearby). I have more pictures if needed, mostly from the back, but I thought the size comparison of a quarter would make it easier to identify for some. Anyone willing to confirm, or refute, my suspicion would be appreciated.
