Found on the rocks on the bank of the river Soča. A very fast flowing mountain river.

Possible Cyrtophora genus

She looks like a Marbled Orbweaver with a variant marking. This variant is tan in North America and yellow in other parts of the world. It is shown in the Wikipedia link. @greenvilleeee note the leg bands are red to black and white. The Araneus { } bract markings are around the dark patch. I haven’t seen the variant in this color before, she’s great. 🙂
