I'm not sure what species it is but I was thinking on a sac spider. It was one of the largest spiders I have seen here in Eastern Cape (around 5 cm lengths including legs).

Body shape looks like a theridiid. Maybe a Latrodectus?
I think so. Latrodectus geometricus, probably. It looks like she might have hatchlings with her in the upper left of the photo.
