Its legs are too hairy to be a Black Widow. They do exist in Michigan. It might be this species: https://spiderid.com/spider/amaurobiidae/callobius/bennetti/ C. bennetti is not a species I’ve identified before. It is in a family of fuzzy spiders like yours.
