This might be a species of Assassin Bug. They have long antenna that look like legs. They do have painful bites.
To reduce your risk of bacterial infection and venom symptoms –
Please wash the wound with soap and water. Use a topical antiseptic like hydrogen peroxide or isopropyl alcohol. Apply a poultice of baking soda and water to counteract the acidity of the venom. Toothpaste that contains baking soda might work also.
