Comments & ID Thoughts
This spider was found in an office. I was able to observe her for a few days and she makes her web with three anchor points and is very shy. She does not come out of her corner except to work on her web.

This looks like her underside. The top of the spider has the markings and features we use for specific identifications. Her underside looks like a Cobweaver in genus Steatoda of family Theridiidae. Cobweavers don’t see well so they hunt in dark spots by sense of feel. They do try to avoid us.
