ItsyBitsy

Hi, cool find. This looks like something in Prodidomidae. I’m not sure of genus/species. Looks similar to: http://beta.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=764065

ItsyBitsy

No, this looks like it is in the family Prodidomidae, Ground Spider usually refers to Gnaphosidae. 🙂

Edit: Hang on … I found a common name, “Long-spinneret Ground Spiders” … so, sort-of!

ItsyBitsy

This family got merged with Gnaphosidae after all. (Azevedo, Griswold & Santos, 2018b)
