Hi there! It moved quickly, was about 3 inches in total diameter including legs. Found it on our patio crawling around.

Hogna sp. This is a Wolf Spider in genus Hogna. https://bugguide.net/node/view/3381 My best guess is Hogna antelucana. It lacks the specific dark leg markings of H, carolinensis. I learned about that while I was working on identifying your spider. 🙂
