Looks like a Thin-legged Wolf Spider from the size. They seem to be very good at surviving to reproduce. I see them often with egg sacks. It might be that they mature earlier in the year than their predators do.
Off memory, I’ve read in a few places that female wolf spiders can use their young to help carry their eggs.
