Looks like a Brown Widow, Latrodectus geometricus. The egg sacks look like spiky white balls. The venom isn’t as dangerous as a Black Widow, but it is medically dangerous.

Is it dangerous?
this one is likely a black widow due to it’s red colors near the abdomen. Black widows are ruthless and deadly, not too shy on giving bites. They usually prefer to defend themselves but sometimes they loose their patience. Their bite would cause immediate low pain which increases hour by hour. It can cause paralysis for your legs and arms. If you feel any type of pain or find any type of bite, call help immediately. It can kill. Not likely to kill but it still can.
