Inside!! Looks like a Asagena to me, therdiidae family. But I'm not sure, so who knows.

Is it deadly?
According to the red stripe, this might be a black widow. Death is relevant. This spider will bite out of defense mechanisms. The bite will cause increasing pain which starts low and increases hour by hour as it eventually becomes quite massive. It can also paralyze your legs and arms and cause organ failure within time. If you feel bitten by something, immediately go to hospital. Though unlikely to be fatal, It can kill.
Black widows bites from my view point, are not serious.
