Castianeira longipalpa
At first I thought it was a carpenter ant on closer inspection it started shaking its abdomen while raising it slightly. It appears to be webless as it took shelter in the crevice between bricks in the wall waiting for prey to walk within reach. All things that fit the Castianeira longipalpa profile and the markings match those of the species.
