Immature Wheel bug or Assassin bug
Looks like it.
This is not a spider, it is an insect. You can tell because of the number of legs, and the number of body segments it has. Arachnids have 8 legs where insects have 6 (this image is of a 6 legged creature). You most likely you mistook the insects antenna as legs (they are the 2 appendages closest to the bottom of the image). Also the number of body segments for an spider is 2, and this has 3 (insects).
I posted this only because someone else on the site had questioned this being a spider, i have seen this too, obviously not a spider.
