Approximately 1/2 inch in length. I built a web attached to sliding glass door and a plant . Catches small insects. Very unusual I have never seen a spider like this .

Cyclosa sp., I am thinking–garbage line spider. I’ve never seen anything like that, either.
Thank you for the ID. I can watch him while I lay in bed so I get to observe him or her more than any other spider . Quite an interesting little guy .
