Thought it might be a black widow,but spot is orangish, not red.

This is Leucauge venusta, an Orchard Orbweaver. An “orb” web is the pattern in my profile photo art. Black Widows are in the spider family that makes cobwebs. The webs are opposites. Orb webs are highly structured and very strong. Some insects recognize them though. Cob webs are a random, dusty mess. That tricks the bugs into not realizing cob webs are webs.
Your spider is one that is fun to take pictures of. Light can pass through its green legs.
