Not sure of what type of spider this is - very small with brown/black arms and a white/black body. Looked up a general description and the closest I could find was possibly an ant-mimic spider?

If anyone knows for sure what type, as well as if it is poisonous and/or dangerous to house pets (I found it because my cat was playing with it) - that would be greatly appreciated!
