Comments & ID Thoughts
Phidippus audax female is my guess. She's been hanging around my bedroom screen (vertical surface) for a few weeks now, been coming in and out April, May, June. She’s got her almost metallic green I tried capturing that I think is her gender signifier (according to wikipedia, at least ... I’m an amateur).
I was worried she was gonna be dangerous - I’ve had a lot of less friendly bugs in my room recently and was of course intimidated. But to find out that her bites (if any) are near harmless minus irritation was soothing, and that she was a “daring” jumping spider warmed my heart. I just hope I don’t find eggs in my pillows.
