We've seen several of these spiders in our house the past week. In the sink/shower, on walls, in my bed, and one crawled on my husband's head while he was sitting on the couch. We've never had this many spiders in our house in the few years we've lived here.

Most likely Siccaridae.
Possible Loxosceles reclusa
That looks like a male recluse, from your location I would say desert recluse (Loxosceles deserta).
