Argiope argentata. She’s a Silver Argiope. Her name, A. argentata, is perfect since “argent” is silver like her and she’s in Argentina. She makes orb ( circle webs) like the art in my profile photo. The straight threads are very strong and the circle silk threads are given a sticky coating by the spider. Yes, this is a great hobby, 🙂 It combines many aspects of life.
