Pisaurina mira. This is an American Nursery Web Spider https://bugguide.net/node/view/2919 The link shows the variety of markings for the species. This is number 1, the “typical” pattern, though I rarely see it. Your spider is in the same family as Fishing Spiders. They all make special “nursery webs” to keep their babies out of trouble until their old enough to leave their mothers’ supervision.
