It looks like an Anasaitis Canosa (twin flagged) except it's a creamy white color. It has the white markings of a twin flagged and has the silvery/white pedipalps too but I didn't think they could be albino.
It is the size of an adult twin flagged spider.

Found out it is a twin flagged spider, but it’s just molted. It’s white because the exoskeleton hasn’t hardened yet.
