No idea what this is. You can tell it is small, about the size of your pinky fingernail with the legs spread out. Might be trailing a very fine web behind. Mostly just seems to be hanging out as evening approaches.

It’s a crab spider. These guys like to play dead one they think they’ve been found.
That is amazing yet terrifying at the same time especially now that I’ve lost tracking on this one. A friend came up with Genus Xysticus which seems to be correct! That was the first time I have seen one of these in Colorado Springs, CO, USA.
