Generally, these spiders are quite harmless. Being outdoor spiders, they come indoors for two reasons. Insect prey they feed on or inclement weather like thunder storms.
If you can tolerate them a short while, they usually leave on their own or if they are underfoot, they are not too hard to catch and relocate to outter yard/garden/toolshed etc.
I know they are big and intimidating, but more like gentle giants if you are gentle with them.
Get rid of insects and use exclusionary measures to keep them from entering and they are rarely a problem.
Lycosidae. A wolf spider. Only a hunch but thinking Hogna carolinensis.
If I could see the bottom (ventral) I could be more certain.
