This is the underside of the spider. I can't get around him to take the top side. His legs are segmented and appear to have black striped areas. Other parts of the upper leg section, under side of the abdomen, and mouth area appear reddish orange. Need to know if this is a dangerous spider.

Yes. 🙂 Here’s a link to a photo of one that looks like yours She’s only dangerous to male spiders that mess up courting her. And large insects that jump or fly.
