Id like to know what kid of spider. Picture taken outside my home in Gunter, TX. Looks like a tarantula to me.

Same here, although I don’t know what species.

Texas Brown Tarantula, Aphonopelma hentzi. Pretty common. Not aggressive. You’ll probably find a burrow somewhere nearby. Females can live up to 40 years so if a she, she could be around a while.
