Looks almost like a Parson Spider, but with much different patterns. Only back most two legs are banded with white, front two legs are brown halfway.

This is exactly what I keep seeing in my shop in Pittsburgh, PA. The marking on the back is identical to the one I posted. Are they poisonous?
