Can anyone identify this specimen as it is the first time in 25 years living in the same house that this particular spider has been encountered. This is one of 5 found over the last 8 days. My parents who live there are both in their 70’s and are a bit apprehensive regarding these. Neither like to hurt or kill creatures of any kind so I wonder if anyone has any idea about the background on these.

Eusparassus walckenaeri ( possibly a gravid female going by the size of the opisthosoma )
