i am pretty sure this is a tubeweb spider Segestria florentina. It is the biggest of the Segestria spp. Your spider has each of her legs on one of the tripwires which make up the distinctive tubeweb spider web. Their jaws glow green in the right light…https://araneae.nmbe.ch/gallery/photos/420
