My best guess would be some sort of orb-weaving spider, but I have never seen a bright yellow one like this one around here. This one was crawling up my shirt, and I'm sure he was going for my jugular vein, so naturally, I saved my own life lol :)...

**AS A SIDE NOTE - I have submitted several pictures (high quality for the most part) of 3 or 4 spiders in the last week or so that still are unidentified. Is there a way to re-ask about them? I just want to know if the spiders I found on my house are in fact Wolf Spiders (not this one, of course). Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you for your help in advance!!
