I think this is a harmless little funnel weaver spider. There are a lot of very similar spiders in the west of the US. Bugguide groups them together under the umbrella term ..Western Ageleninae https://bugguide.net/node/view/2307108/bgimage
BG does that because a microscope exam of the genitalia is necessary to identify many of them. I couldn’t get any species IDs for my Grass Spiders in the Eastern US on BugGuide either.
