Spiders like this have been found already a few times in the house, but they most probably come from outside. They have no visible web. Approximate size is 6-8cm in diameter. Question is how to find their ‘home’ and move it away from us.

I can’t glean enough detail from the picture to say for sure what this is. It does look like a wolf or false wolf spider. My money would be on this one …a false wolf spider Zoropsis spinimana https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/127112-Zoropsis-spinimana. Wolf and false wolf spiders are speedy nocturnal hunters that do not build webs…capturing prey without entangling them in silk first. Although they hide out during the day they are solitary and don’t have a nest as such. Hi Nod and thank you so much for your prompt reply, your guess and detailed explanation! It helped us in treating the ‘problem’, so we closed all holes and it looks like they have stopped coming in. Good to know they are not dangerous to human! Thanks again!
