I have nooo idea what it is. Its got like tiny little bumps on its legs and he/she doesn’t stop moving.

This is just a long bodied cellar spider. They are utterly harmless.

An old myth is these have the most toxic venom of any spider, but their fangs are to small to bite skin.
This is wrong on both platforms. They can indeed bite human skin, but their venom is so mild, even IF you could provoke a bite, you may not even notice.

Probably one of the most common house spiders globally. The leg bumps are joints or if white, could be a fungus for damp environment.
A nicname is vibrating spider, as when they are disturbed, they quickly move in place to make themselves hard to see.
