Looks like Araneus Marmoreus, the marbled orbweaver. They are not medically significant to people. What a pretty spider!

I’ve never seen another one. It is the most exotic spider I’ve ever seen in the mid-Atlantic states.
The orange ones are somtimes called ‘Pumpkin’ spiders. They look to be carrying a tiny pumpkin.
